This home was a foreclosure that was uninhabited since 2008.  It was covered with mold, infested with mosquitos and fleas and had 8” – 12” of water in the crawl space.  We gutted all materials to exposed framing, encapsulated and conditioned the crawl space, replaced the HVAC, plumbing and much of the electrical system, installed an advanced insulation system and completed the home.
