This was a full renovation and was gutted to exposed framing. This home was closed up for three years and was in very poor condition.   It had several cracks in the exterior brick, the front of the house had settled close to 4 inches and it had a leak in the foundation.  We repaired all of the exterior cracks, leveled the floor system, and replaced the HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems and renovated the rest of the home.
